Pre-request

Please read the following when you want to ask for AUL/MyDUL data recovery service. Ask yourself a few questions before contacting me.

a, Will your manager agree to ask for service from AUL/MyDUL?
b, Will your manager agree to pay for the service?
c, Did you compare mine with the DUL service provided by Oracle Corporation and its partners?
d, No guarantee of 100% recovery of the damaged database; what AUL/MyDUL can do is recover table rows as much as it can.
e, Can the free demo licence version recover all rows for you?
f, Have you carefully read the AUL/MyDUL home page?
1, Information

Give me basic information of your database via your enterprise email, including:

a, Database size?
b, What's wrong with the database? Sometimes we may have other options to recover the rows.
c, How many tables required recovery and the their sizes.
d, Did you lose your system tablespace?
e, Did you dbv all the remaining data files? Corrupted blocks may affect the recovery result.
2, Make an agreement

Let's make an agreement on the price (USD, EUR or RMB). I advise you to compare the cost of the recovery with that of data loss or that of manually inputing data again. You need get your manager to agree with your choice of AUL/MyDUL. I will take the following into account:

a, Who will do the recovery? Yourself or me (by remote login)
b, Database size, table size, table number.
c, Where you are? Different country will be charged differently.
3, Before recovery

If recovery is done by yourself, make an appointment, so I can be online for support. Also you need get the license from me. Or prepare for the remote login.

a, AUL/MyDUL runs only on Windows and Linux. However it can recover databases running on any platform (AIX/Solairs/HPUX etc).
b, If your database does not run on Windows or Linux, copy the datafiles to a Windows or Linux PC.
c, Linux SSH login is preferred to Windows remote desktop, because it's much faster.
d, I will not be available during 8AM - 22PM (CST +08:00).
4, Recovery

Start the recovery and verify the result. Normally it will not take a long time.

a, You can prepare the script with limited edition of AUL/MyDUL.
5, Payment

Payment: I hope we can get the payment issue resolved within a week after successful recovery.

a, I believe people are generally honest and kind.
b, Those who do not pay will appear on my black list page. Fortunately no customer has refused to pay as of now.
c, Payment before service is preferred.
